Bisan Nimer

Bisan Nimer is a senior lawyer and legal consultant who leads the firm's contracts and agreements department. She specializes in labor law and advises international organizations, with clients including Cowater International, Ooredoo Palestine, United Trade Motors, Jordanian Business Systems and War Child Holland.

She has contributed to projects such as developing insolvency legislation for the West Bank with the EBRD and enhancing agricultural insurance systems with Oxfam Palestine. Her work spans contracts and agreements, corporate law, legislative reform and procurement, with a particular focus on international NGOs.

Bisan is a member of the Palestinian Bar Association and treasurer of the Palestinian Jurists Association.
