
Dr. Mahmoud Abu Sway is a distinguished litigation lawyer, legal expert and academic who combines academic depth with practical experience. He heads the firm's litigation and training and development departments, providing representation and defense for corporate clients across a range of legal domains, alongside legal research and the management of trademarks, patents, agreements and court cases.
He has spearheaded insolvency legislation development for the West Bank with the EBRD, worked on reform of Palestinian financial leasing law, and conducted legal studies on cheque use, bank secrecy, tax authority reform and agricultural insurance. He has led litigation and debt-collection work for clients including Ooredoo Palestine and Arab Bank.
Dr. Abu Sway is an Assistant Professor at Birzeit University's School of Law, where he teaches constitutional law and legal research methodologies.
