
Yara Abu Meizer is a certified attorney who heads the firm's entrepreneurship and startup department, developing strategic legal solutions for entrepreneurs, investors, donors and incubators across a range of industries.
Her notable projects include advising on data privacy law with GIZ, benchmarking financial leasing law for the Palestinian Capital Market Authority, supporting digital rights advocacy with PITA, and providing governance guidance for EBRD initiatives in Palestine. She has advised startups including LogesTechs, 525k Global, Digital Palestine, Jeelcode and Hakini.
Yara focuses on startup formation and structuring, contract negotiation, intellectual property protection and regulatory compliance, and is a member of the Palestinian Bar Association.
