
Suhaib Sharif is a certified attorney and the firm's founder and managing partner. He leads the legal department, oversees the firm's divisions, and directs its operations, negotiating on behalf of clients before national and international entities, including donors and investors.
As a senior legal expert and consultant, Suhaib has led projects in investment and business law, including developing insolvency legislation for the EBRD and conducting legal studies for the Islamic Development Bank. He has provided strategic counsel to institutions such as the Palestinian Investment Fund and Ooredoo Palestine, and contributes to legal capacity-building initiatives.
He advises on family business governance and risk mitigation, and is a member of the Palestinian Bar Association.
